Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s Application Processing System

It is aimed at creation of application processing system for Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The system is designed to receive, answer, implement applications from the public and to expedite the general work process. The system will enable to receive new applications, to gain the applications’ statistics, and to monitor detailed reports and general work flow.

Intended use:

Application processing system is aimed at processing of incoming applications via digital platform.

Functional use:

In addition to receiving applications, the system has to be able to monitor the work of its operators and timely implementation of set tasks and to provide information about the status of any application.
