Bulbul Home-Museum

The founder of Azerbaijani professional vocal art Bulbul represents whole period in the history of the development of our musical art.

Bulbul Home-museum in Shusha, destroyed as a result of Armenian aggression, is now open to visitors after complete restoration of interior and graphic design.

Photo expositions perpetuating the memory of Bulbul are displayed at the entrance of the museum. Most of the exhibits include pictures of Bulbul's childhood, his musical instruments, documents about his creative life, posters of opera performances and concerts he participated in, and pictures depicting scenes from his performances. In addition to photographs, exhibition also contains Bulbul's manuscripts, published articles and reports representing his long and fruitful music career.
